Flora’s cooking evokes the Mediterranean, with a hint of exoticism. It is influenced by her encounters and her travels. Its colors, scents and flavors are that of a sincere cuisine, one that is her very own.
Born in Nimes in southern France to a mother from Lorraine and a Polish father, Flora grew up in Avignon, where she discovered the joy of cooking with the chef Christian Etienne.
She soon left to work in renowned restaurants in England, New York, Saint Barthelemy and Paris.
